The network is designed around one recognized provider position per selected category per participating city. The commercial model does not remove the need for accurate category fit, clear disclosure and correction procedures.
Independent clinical responsibility
The provider remains solely responsible for assessment, treatment, fees, consent, professional obligations and the provider-patient relationship.
Commercial disclosure
Recognition is a paid or contracted network position where applicable. It is not described as a clinical award, popularity ranking or independent quality score.
Local deployment
The recognized position is attached to the corresponding city and category page. The national site supplies context and links but does not duplicate the local provider page.
Minimum activation criteria
A position should not go live on commercial fit alone.

Professional status: the practice or professional must present current, publicly verifiable licensing or registration information appropriate to the services represented.

Market presence: the provider must operate in, or credibly serve, the downtown market identified on the local city platform.

Category fit: the selected category must reflect a material and publicly described part of the provider’s actual service offering.

Public transparency: location, contact information, practitioner identity and material service information must be available on an accessible public website or equivalent official source.

Claims discipline: unsupported guarantees, misleading superiority claims or content inconsistent with applicable professional advertising requirements are not incorporated into network copy.

Operational fit: the provider must be able to receive and respond to inquiries associated with the represented city and category.
Editorial controls
How network content is managed.
The following controls apply to national market pages, local category pages and recognized-provider sections.
Original market content
National market profiles and briefs must provide analysis that can be used without leaving the site. They are not created solely to pass visitors or links to local domains.
No mass listings
The network does not accept unrestricted public submissions or generate thin city pages for markets that are not operational.
No clinical endorsement
Recognition describes a network position. It does not certify that a provider is the best, safest or most appropriate choice for an individual patient.
Corrections and removal
Material factual errors can be corrected. A position may be suspended or removed where eligibility, accuracy, category fit or operational requirements are no longer satisfied.
Link integrity
Links are placed for navigation and context. Provider participation is not conditioned on supplying an unqualified backlink to the national or city platforms.
Change disclosure
Market status, category availability and methodology are updated when material changes occur. Historical reports identify their publication date and scope.
Corrections and standards questions
Submit a documented correction or standards inquiry.
Include the affected page, the specific statement at issue and a reliable public source supporting the requested correction. Clinical disputes and patient complaints must be directed through the appropriate provider or regulatory process.
